YESTERDAY I ATE...

Wanna know what I have been eating lately? This page is for that purpose. I'll hopefully be updating it every day, M-F.

Monday, October 8th, I Ate:

A banana
2 halloween oreos (yes, they are vegan, and I couldn't resist buying them for my kids!)
Some Rice Crispies (homemade)
Leftover Vegetable Soup
Leftover Thai-Style noodles, fast version
Salad with Citrus Tahini Dressing
Golden Potato and Corn Soup

Thursday, October 4, 2012, I Ate:

Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal with Almond milk
Leftover "Hide The Lentils" Marinara over grilled zucchini and boiled potatoes
With an Italian Pizza Breadstick

I didn't eat any dinner. I was very sedentary throughout the day because of my illness, and I ate such a big lunch. I was not hungry at all when evening came.

Paul fed the kids and himself dinner, and I have no idea what he fed them. Probably some soy yogurt and meatless hot dogs.

For Exercise, I jumped on the trampoline with Megan and Samuel for 30 minutes. Don't ask me where this energy came from, but it quickly left me and I was zapped the entire rest of the day. Will this illness ever leave...

Wednesday, October 3, 2012, I Ate:

Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal with Almond milk
Leftover Nachos With Cheesy Sauce over potatoes instead of tortilla chips
Super-charge me cookie dough cuz I was too lazy to bake it. ~3 cookies worth.
Italian Night at The Croziers which consisted of:
Italian Pizza Breadsticks
"Hide The Lentils" Marinara over steamed millet/pasta for kids
Spring mix and broccoli slaw salad with ranch dressing

For exercise I went on a 30 minute walk around our neighborhood. Then watched as Paul jumped on the trampoline with the kids for another 30 minutes...I am still recovering from this nasty cold.

Tuesday, October 2, 2012, I Ate:

Oatmeal with Almond milk
Zucchini Grillini
Super-Charge Me! Cookies (about 3-4?)
Pure Bar, chocolate brownie flavor (GF, Raw, Vegan)
Nachos & Cheesey Sauce w/veg and refried beans dinner

I was VERY sick. No exercise.
